Easy experience, good bike

So I finally got myself a folding electric bike from here, the Samoyed model. It was pretty easy to order, didn't have any issues. It got here in about a week, which was cool. Putting it together wasn't too bad, just a few things to attach. Took it out for a spin and it rides nice. The folding part works well, which is what I needed for my small apartment. Overall, a good experience, no complaints really.

Boxer ST, good all around

I ordered the Boxer ST Step-Thru a few weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no real hiccups there. Delivery took about 8 days from when I placed the order, which was pretty much what they estimated. The bike arrived well-packaged; everything was secure inside the box. Assembly wasn't too bad, just had to attach the handlebars, pedals, and front wheel. The instructions were clear enough. I had a quick question about the LCD display settings, so I used their online chat support, and they responded within minutes with helpful info. The quality of the bike seems solid for the price point. I've ridden it for about 50 miles now, mostly on paved paths and some light gravel, and it's performed well. The step-thru design makes it easy to get on and off, which I appreciate. Overall, a good experience and a decent e-bike.

Reliable bikes, again

This was my third order from Puckipuppy, this time for the Labrador Pro Ebike. I've been happy with their bikes before, and this one didn't disappoint either. The quality is consistent, which is why I keep coming back. My first bike, a regular Labrador, is still running great after a couple years. The Pro model feels even sturdier. Customer service has always been helpful when I had questions about parts, like finding a replacement charger for my older one. Shipping usually takes about a week, which is fine.

Good deal on Boxer ST

I was looking for a new ebike and the Boxer ST Step-Thru caught my eye. The price was already pretty good for a fat tire model, but then I found a $100 off code, which made it even better. Shipping was quicker than expected too, came two days early. Felt like I got a solid value for what I paid.

Reliable choice, again

This was my third purchase from Puckipuppy, this time for a couple of replacement chargers and an e-bike helmet. I've had my Samoyed Ebike for almost two years now, and it's been great. My first order was that bike, and then I grabbed some waterproof pannier bags a few months later. Each time, the process has been consistent. Their website is easy to navigate, and shipping is always on time, sometimes even a day or two early. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect. The helmet feels sturdy, and the chargers work perfectly with my bike. No surprises, just reliable service and products.

Good deal on Labrador Pro

I was looking for a fat tire e-bike and the Labrador Pro caught my eye during a holiday sale. Got a good chunk off the MSRP, which made it feel like a solid deal. I also added a front basket with a first-order discount. It felt worth the purchase; the savings really helped me decide.

Decent e-bike, minor issue

I bought the Labrador Fat Tire Ebike. The overall shopping experience was pretty good, and the bike arrived within the estimated shipping window. Assembly was manageable, and the bike itself feels robust for the trails I've been on. The motor has plenty of power, and the fat tires handle rough terrain well. My only minor gripe was that one of the pedals felt a little stiff when I first installed it, but it loosened up after a few rides. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about it. Good value, but that one pedal was a bit of a snag initially.
